(High-Precision) floor for hRIXS and sample chambers at the SCS Instrument

- Common floor without any steps is quite crucial for a versatile and flexible instrument - Transition between both floor types works fine - Installation of the High-Quality floor before everything else (especially hutches) is demanding (high effort was needed in order to protect the high-Quality floor during other construction activities) but finally beneficial - Movement of the hRIXS spectrometer with high precision air pads works fine - Pressurized air supply has to be planned with enough capacity to operate the air pads - Repeatability of the sample chamber exchange: absolute accuracy < 30µm (measured with a laser tracker)
