The 9th call for proposals at European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility (European XFEL) was open until Wednesday, 22 June 2022 16:00 (local Hamburg/Schenefeld time, CEST) for all 6 European XFEL scientific instruments currently in operation. A virtual information meeting on this call was hosted by the European XFEL User Organization Executive Committee (UOEC) on Thursday, 12 May 2022. Talk includes update of SPB/SFX instrument, including: science cases at SPB/SFX; SPB/SFX instrument layout; sample delivery; protein crystal screening (PCS) beamtimes at SPB/SFX; semi automatic SFX pipeline; SPI of material nanoparticles & MHz microscopy.
